What is TodayLine?
TodayLine is a desktop productivity application for Windows that shows your today's schedule as a vertical timeline floating on your desktop. It reads events from your connected calendar service and arranges them from 00:00 to 23:59, with a live indicator marking the current time.
Unlike traditional calendar apps that require you to open a separate window or switch tabs, TodayLine stays unobtrusively on top of your workspace — fully customizable in size, color, and transparency — so a quick glance is all you need to see where you are in your day.

Google Calendar Access
TodayLine currently integrates with Google Calendar as its calendar data source. Connection is handled through Google's official OAuth 2.0 flow, and we request only the minimum permission necessary to display your events.
Requested scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly
This scope allows TodayLine to read your calendar events — nothing else. TodayLine cannot create, modify, or delete any events in your Google Calendar.
How we use this data
- Calendar events are fetched in real time and displayed only on your local device.
- No calendar data is ever stored on our servers, cached persistently, or transmitted to any third party.
- OAuth tokens are stored securely using the Windows Credential Manager (or macOS Keychain) and are never sent anywhere except to Google's own API endpoints.
- You can revoke TodayLine's access at any time from your Google Account Permissions page.
